As a mother, labor and delivery nurse, and postpartum doula, I know first hand how important it is to have your own support system post birth. Motherhood can be very lonely, and often difficult due to all the different hats that new moms are required to wear.
As your doula, I will provide you and your family with professional, non-judgmental, compassionate support and education that is often missing from many of our communities.
