As a Registered Nurse (RN) and birth doula, I provide comprehensive, evidence-based support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. My dual role allows me to blend medical knowledge with emotional and physical support, ensuring you feel empowered, informed, and cared for every step of the way.
As a doula, I offer continuous, hands-on comfort, education, and advocacy to help you navigate labor with confidence. Unlike clinical providers, my focus is solely on you—your comfort, choices, and experience. As an RN, I bring a deep understanding of medical procedures, interventions, and newborn care, helping you make informed decisions in collaboration with your healthcare team.
Whether you desire an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or a cesarean, my goal is to create a positive, personalized experience. With my guidance, you’ll feel supported, prepared, and strong—because birth is not just about a baby being born, but also about you becoming a parent.
